Monthly billing works out at £348 over twelve months, so annual is already the cheaper way to pay. The early-access discount takes half off the first invoice on top of that; after the first year the subscription renews at the standard annual rate.

What counts towards the 20 free notes?
One completed waste movement is one note, however many parties sign it and whichever roles your organisation plays in it. Nothing is charged until you pass 20, and no card is needed before then.
What is a seat?
One person in your organisation who signs in. Drivers, office staff and managers all count once each. The per-seat rate drops automatically at 2 seats and again at 11, so you never have to ask for a better price.
How does the 50% discount work?
Choose annual billing and it is applied at checkout with no code to enter. It takes 50% off your first invoice only; the subscription then renews at the standard annual rate. The offer ends on 30 September 2026, and monthly billing is not included.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Settings, and you keep access until the period you have paid for runs out. Your movements and documents stay readable so you can meet the retention rules, which are two years for waste transfer notes and three for hazardous consignment notes.
Do the people I send notes to have to pay?
No. Producers, carriers and receivers who are not on WTN sign through a public link sent by email. Only your own seats are billed.
Is DEFRA reporting extra?
No. WTN holds DEFRA production approval for Receipt of Waste and reporting is included on every seat. Reporting goes live for your site once your legal organisation is registered with DEFRA and we connect it with you.
