Who we are
WTN App is operated by Helsh-js. When we say "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Helsh-js.

What data we collect
When you sign up to our waitlist, we collect:
- Company name
- Email address
- Number of vehicles
- How you currently handle waste transfer notes
- Current software name (if applicable)
We also automatically collect:
- IP address (for spam prevention)
- Browser user agent (for debugging)
- Timestamp of signup
How we use your data
We use the data we collect to:
- Add you to our early access waitlist
- Contact you about WTN App launch and updates
- Understand the market (e.g. how many carriers still use paper)
- Prevent duplicate or spam signups
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties. Ever.
Where your data is stored
Your waitlist data is stored in Cloudflare D1, a database service operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Data is processed at the edge in the EU (Western Europe region).
When you sign up, a notification containing your company name, email, vehicle count, and current method is sent to a private Discord channel via webhook. This is solely for our internal use to monitor signups in real time.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This service does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal data. It provides aggregate data only (page views, referrers, countries, browsers).

This website does not set any cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email wtnapp@helsh-js.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We keep your waitlist data for as long as it is needed to contact you about WTN App. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email.
